7-Day Easy Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a completely different product, please initiate the request within 7 days.
Strict No-Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds to the original payment method.
In the event of a return where an immediate exchange is not desired, we will issue Store Credit (via a digital gift card or coupon code) which can be used for any future purchase on our website.
Conditions for Return/Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the following conditions must be met:
Tags Intact: All original brand tags, labels, and packaging must be attached and untampered with.
Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any scents (perfume, deodorant), makeup stains, or signs of wear.
Hygiene Standards: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as lipsticks, beauty accessories, and earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once the seal is broken or the product is used.
How to Initiate an Exchange

2. Provide your Order ID and the reason for the exchange.
3. Once your request is approved, our courier partner will pick up the item (where applicable) or provide instructions for shipping it back to our warehouse.
Quality Check
Every returned item undergoes a thorough quality inspection. The Divine Lady reserves the right to refuse an exchange or store credit if the item is returned in a condition that does not meet our policy requirements.
